Justin Georges Architect is an architectural firm with a broad range of experience in a wide variety of design and construction projects in New York City.

 

The firm enjoys a growing reputation among clients for high-quality design work, clearly detailed construction documents and professional supervisory services throughout the construction process.

 

Owing to its extensive experience, the firm is intimately familiar with requirements and procedures applicable to privately financed and publicly subsidized new construction and major and minor rehabilitations, including those of the Department of Housing Preservation Development (HPD) The City of New York Landmarks Preservation Commission(LPC) and the City Planning (CPC) Commission and The New York City Department of Buildings (DOB)

 

Justin Georges Architect, P.C. is a responsive, “hands-on” firm.  The firm takes great pride in its work and in its proven ability to satisfy its clients.

The Principal

 

Justin Georges has 25 years of architectural experience in design, new construction, restoration and rehabilitation. Among the many projects that Mr. Georges has designed are the Christodora House and the Skillman Houses and a new modern townhouse in Manhattan.

 

Prior to forming Justin Georges Architect PC, he worked with Beyer Blinder and Belle Architects and John Fifield Associates.

 

Mr. Georges is registered in New York State. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects. His work has been featured in the New York Times and other publications.
